Robotex
Robotex is an Estonian-based and globally operating organization that supports engineering education and connects future talents and companies, whose main output is the organization of the major robotics event Robotex International.
Since 2017, we have participated in the robotics festival by exhibiting robots, conducting workshops, and participating in competitions. The most popular has been Lego sumo, but we have also participated in Robot League, mBot line following and Folkrace.
We have conducted workshops for both children and adults:
24.11 – 25.11.2017 | Building a robot Little Robot Friends workshop |
30.11 – 02.12.2018 | Building a robot Little Robot Friends workshop |
Arduino workshop with lamp flashing and air temperature measurement
CodeBug workshop with robot programming and connection of lamps and sensors
29.11 – 01.12.2019 | Building a radar workshop |

Technology Festival of Ingenious Engineers (LIT Festival)
The LIT festival is an exciting festival for technology enthusiasts, where various workshops and competitions take place.
We have taken part in this event since the first event in 2022 and offered those interested the opportunity to familiarize themselves with various robotics tools and to try solving various robot tasks.
Technology Festival of Ingenious Engineers
Design night
The XVIII Design Night took place in 2023 in the Krull quarter. The focus of the festival "DESIGN 4.0. AI: Industry or Unemployment?” explored the impact of artificial intelligence on the design sector.
Our workshops took place in one of the small rooms of the metal factory.
We conducted workshops for children:
23.09 – 24.09.2023 | Workshop on building an automatic watering device |
Workshop on building a distance-keeping device |
Tartuffe
The central theme of the Tartuff film festival is love and its variations. The film program has a balance of new and older films, with a nod to the classics.
The 2021 festival was dedicated to science, and in the workshop we went back in time to the pre-film world of animation and built a ready-made image drum, or an apparatus with moving images, using modern tools.
In the workshop, we introduced the history of animation and the basics of creating animation, and learned how to build a prototype of a device.
05.08.2023 | Photo drum construction workshop |
Arduino Day
As part of World Arduino Day, we built a widget to help you follow the 2 + 2 rule. The workshop took place over the web.
The device detects the distance of people moving and when someone gets too close, it signals with lights and sound.
The Things Conference
The Things Conference is the world's largest LoRaWAN event. The conference will showcase top LoRaWAN products and services, conduct practical workshops and introduce various cool projects.
We have participated in conferences:
01.02 – 03.02.2018 | Amsterdam |
31.01 – 01.02.2019 | Amsterdam |
30.01 – 31.01.2020 | Amsterdam |
25.01 – 29.01.2021 | Virtual |
